LMC series pulse long bag dust remover is pressure pulse bag dust remover developed by the engineers and technical staff of our company based on the jet pulse dust removing technology and meeting the needs of gas purification with large wind volume. It not only has the advantages of high cleaning ability, high dust removal efficiency and low emission concentration compared with blowback bag dust remover, but also has the features of stability and reliability, low air consumption and small covering land, which is ideal for dealing with large amount of exhaust gas. JDMC series low-pressure long bag pulse dust collector has been widely used worldwide, which has also been widely used and spread in foreign countries. It can be widely used in cement, metallurgy, petrochemical, building materials, food, machinery, carbon black, power, waste incineration, industrial kilns and furnaces for the purification of dust-laden gas at normal temperature or high temperature and recycling of powder-like materials. The product combines the sub-room cleaning and pulse cleaning the advantages of two types of dust, to overcome the sub-room cleaning and general cleaning strength, pulse cleaning dust and other re-attached, and makes cleaning more efficient, significantly reduced injection frequency. The product submerged pulse valve, reducing the source pressure and blowing spray equipment energy consumption, extended filter bag, pulse valve life, a large integrated technology to improve performance. ● The novel design adopts the inlet structure so that coarse particles at high temperature directly fall into the dust collector, effective protecting the filtration bag. ● Use long bags, cover less land with the same processing capacity, which is more suitable for the transformation of the old plant. ● Adopt the technology of off-line cleaning with different compartment, the efficiency is high and the second adsorption of the dust is less. It effectively reduces equipment energy consumption, and meanwhile the wear and tear of the filtration bag and pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, so the life of the bag and valves is exponentially increased, and the cost of operation and maintenance of equipment is significantly reduced. ● Maintenance and bag replacement can be conducted for different rooms with no need to stop the system fan and under normal operation conditions of system. ● The mouth of the filtration uses spring structure, which is easy to dismantle and has a good seal. ● The box has the airtight design, and is added with kerosene leak to minimize the gas leakage. ● The whole device is controlled by the PLC machine, which can achieve automatic cleaning, dust discharging, automatic temperature control and over-temperature announcement.
