JQM series air box pulse bag-type dust remover is a new high-efficiency bag-type dust remover developed by our company by introducing and absorbing the United States Fuller Company's technology in collaboration with research institutes and at the same time absorbing the technical merits of similar products in Germany. Its main features are as follows: ★ Adopt the current advanced international three-state off-line (filtering, cleaning, static) cleaning methods, which avoids the "re-absorption" phenomenon after cleaning, so the cleaning is more thorough and reliable. ★ Use the imported parts for key components that affects the main performances, such as the pulse valve, and the service life of the diaphragm for wearing parts is more than 1 million times. ★ Design the pre-collection structure, which has not only overcome the shortcomings of the dust directly wearing down the dust bag but also can handle dusts of high concentrations, allowing the concentration of the entrance up to 1300g/Nm3, and can work directly as the supporting powder collection equipment for O-Sepa classifier. With the anti-explosion and anti-fouling design, it may work as ventilation and fine powder collector for the wind coal mill. ★ This product is applicable for a wide range, mainly used as the ventilation and dust removal equipment all kinds of cement grinding, crushing, drying, packaging and bottom deposit equipment. It not only saves the cost and also reduces the covering land and system equipment resistance. ★ This product is also applicable to metallurgy, electric power, machinery casting, mining and other industries for cleaning industrial dust and dust collection.
