Sub-kiln sub-chamber pulse blowback bag-type dust remover XLMD-Ⅱ series sub-kiln sub-chamber pulse blowback bag-type dust remover is based on different kinds of glass filter bag-type dust remover of our company, in accordance with the special working conditions that all the parameters of the exhaust gas from machine production kiln fluctuate greatly and by optimizing the design, uses cylindrical body structure designed with the new concept, feeds into the gas from the top, guides into the lower cone through the central air tube, and evenly enters into the rooms. The design is more reasonable, which has not only solved the inherent problems of LFEF series glass fiber bag dust remover, but also solved the fouling problem of the upper plate and the defects of uneven gas feed into all rooms of glass fiber dust removing way. The device is equipped with computer control and adopts the new technologies of lifting switching valve combination to clean dusts, so the cleaning is more thorough, the automation degree higher, the operation more stable, the host operating rate higher, and the outlet gas exhaust concentration is less than the national 100mg/Nm3 emission standard (up to ≤ 50mg/Nm3). The equipment is able to replace bags for different rooms with no need to stop, with simple operations, safe and reliable, which is the special equipment to manage the shaft kiln exhaust gas which is high temperature, high humidity and corrosive.
